French Press

What you’ll need:
6 Cup French Press Fresh Course ground coffee Hot water just off boiling
Scales & timer Mug

Brewing time:
4 minutes

Step 1
Weigh out approx. 20g of coffee per 300ml of water as starting point and then adjust to personal taste.

Step 2
Boil your water and leave to settle for 30 secs

Step 3
Use some of the water to warm up your pot and cups

Step 4
Discard water from pot and place your freshly ground coffee into the pot and add 300g of water in a circular motion.

Step 5
Place the plunger lid on top of the pot to keep the heat in, after 4 mins plunge and serve.
