What you’ll need:
Espresso machine Fresh finely ground coffee Timer
Cups Scales

Brewing time: 27 secs

Step 1
Make sure your machine and equipment are nice and hot.

Step 2
Finely grind approximately 14-18g of coffee and place it in the porta filter basket.

Step 3
Aim for an extraction time of about 25 – 30 seconds and a shot weight of about 50g.
