Amber Roasters would like to welcome you to our site and coffee business.
We are 3 coffee lovers who have found ourselves embarking on a journey.
This began with us enjoying and sharing coffee sourced from some inspirational coffee roasters around the uk and Europe, with many years of amazing coffees consumed the subject moved to roasting coffee for ourselves and a small roaster arrived for an experiment, we learnt a lot about the craft of coffee roasting with this machine and began sharing our coffees with friends, family and people we knew, before we knew it we had people coming back for more and the feed back was brilliant.
From this Amber coffee roasters was started.
We had to set out a vision for ourselves as a company. This would be based on clarity and traceability, we wanted to know that the beans we were buying were ethically sourced, the farmers and farms where paid a fair price and the beans where the best we could buy which meant we only buy speciality grade coffee beans to be roasted in our artisan roastery.
We found that there where supplies of green coffee beans out there that had the same philosophy as us to supply our roastery so that we could roast amazing coffee that came with a conscience and complete traceability from farm to the coffee cup,
