The San Adolfo coffee is farmed by Jesus Barrera and Ruth Pascuas in the region of Elias (South Huila) on a 8 hectare farm at an altitude of 1750 masl. The trees are grown in soils that are very rich in organic matter that creates this exceptional coffee with its dark chocolate and hazelnut body and its Peach and lemon acidities.
